## Narrative

After completing EE's bolt up cycle the miner returned to EE's mucker and turned to get in.  While turning the employee caught EE's arm on a piece of hog wire sticking out from the rib.  EE was treated at the site medic and referred to PMC to have the wire removed and 3 sutures to close the incision.
