## Narrative

IE was cleaning up some coal/rock material that had fallen from the upper rib area along the beltline. As the IE was shoveling it up, a piece of rock approximately 8"" x 7"" x up to 2"" thick struck the IE on the right side of the face (cheek/Jaw) area. IE complained of pain to the jaw, cheek, neck, and shoulder area and was brought out and taken to the hospital for treatment.
