## Narrative

Associate was shoveling rock off of our 30"" silo belt. EE was going to go to break and started walking down the belt. As EE was walking down the belt, EE slipped and fell onto a metal chute. The associate landed on the right side rib cage, breaking four ribs. A contributing factor was that it had started to rain, which caused the belt to become slippery.
