## Narrative

Contractor employee was unloading jumpers to pull belt with, off the flat bed truck and claims that they felt pain in the stomach area. Cause of this injury was not using proper body mechanics and getting help. Compliance with rules/regs,required PPE, mining equipment/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency may be a factor. Diagnosed as a abdominal strain (No hernia).
