Narrative

EE was walking around the manlift towards the basket of the machine. As EE was walking the EE tripped on own feet and went to the ground. It appears that EE struck left shin on the corner of a metal pump sled that was lying on the ground next to the manlift basket. EE was taken to ER and received 9 stitches, released to return to work on light duty.
