Narrative

Employee was installing a 1 1/2 inch fire drop onto the 6"" waterline in the belt entry at the 1st North tailpiece. The 5 foot long by 1 1/2 inch pipe fell and stuck the employee in the lower right leg and right ankle resulting in a fracture to the right leg/ankle.
