Narrative

Employee was walking on the rougher deck floor. Employee was wearing appropriate fall protection and tied off correctly. Employee moved quickly causing the yoyo to lock. This caused the employee to fall backwards onto level below. Which was about 2ft landing on bottom causing pain in lower back.
