At 3:45PM ,Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, the operator was attempting to remove a slide gate from a chute with a pry bar. The pry bar slipped and struck them producing a laceration about 2"" in length above right eye. Closure of the wound took 9 stitches at a local ER. The employee was released to work without restrictions and worked all of the following shifts.
