Narrative

The offside roof bolter operator was in the process of installing a 2nd roof bolt in the 2nd row when they noticed a piece of draw rock moving out of the corner of their eye. A piece of draw rock measuring approximately 45"" by 25"" by 1/2"" fell striking them just below the left elbow resulting in a cut that required stitches.
