Narrative

Employee had finished cleaning the hot gas generator fan 353-FN1. While closing the door to the fan, they felt a discomfort in their back, due possibly to ""moving the wrong way"". EE reported to mgmt on 9/19/19 and nurse prescribed home care, EE went to doc on own on 9/20 and given injection.
