## Narrative

The injured employee parked on the South side of the pit fueling station to add coolant to the 4381 grader. The employee was dismounting the grader after filling the coolant, and lost footing, falling backward off the grader, landing on back. The employee hit head and injured back in the fall. The manager was notified and medical was dispatched immediately.
