Employee was walking up stairs and felt a ""pop"" in left hip. The incident occurred on Friday, September 27 but was not reported to a supervisor until Monday, September 30. The employee was taken to the clinic on Tuesday, October 1 and diagnosed with a lumbar strain. EE is currently on light duty and receiving physical therapy.
