Narrative

At approx. 1700, operator began dislodging material from chute behind the 28 ball mill. Employee was utilizing a large piece of wood (2X4) to ""tap"" the top of the chute. Employee was using their right hand to perform a ""tapping"" motion, while supporting the wood with EE's left hand. The employee felt pain in their left ring finger during the work.
