## Narrative

Employee was bolting on #7 Section and had the mast tilted to put pin in but couldn't reach to install pin, so EE climbed up and had EE's foot of the mast, let the mast down and caught EE's left foot between the mast and the drill pot causing a fracture to EE's left great (big) toe.
