Narrative

Employee was using a Lo-Trac to clean on the old E3-1 tailpiece when the Lo-Trac broke loose from the gob they were scooping and sent them into the chute catching them between the Lo-Trac and the the bottom part of the chute causing contusion/dislocated right shoulder and chest area complications.
