Narrative

EE was placing a spill board on to the side of the unit tailpiece. While doing so, EE caught left thumb in between the spill board and the unit feeder. EE continued to work and turned an accident report in 9/9/2019. Then on 10/7/2019, EE went to see an Orthopedic Surgeon who informed EE that the thumb was broken and to start wearing a brace on the thumb.
