Narrative

EE was installing a roof bolt into the mine roof. While doing so, EE felt a pop in lower abdomen. EE worked the next shift, but the pain persisted, so EE went to a doctor the next day and was informed that EE had a hernia and has now been scheduled for surgery. EE started missing work on 10/16/2019.
