Narrative

This report is submitted under contest as operator is investigating the reported injury. On October 13, 2019, a miner reported stepping on a 1/2"" diameter water lance and feeling pain in EE's foot. Miner was wearing proper footwear and not performing any unsafe activities. X-ray showed a fracture to a metatarsal bone. Miner returned to work in a soft splint under restrictions.
