## Narrative

EE was sitting on a platform beside the aerator using a grinder to clean up the shaft when EE lost control of the 4 1/2"" angle grinder causing the spinning disc to come in contact with the inner area of EE's left thigh. Injury resulted in a laceration requiring stitches.
