## Narrative

EE was walking across even ground and went to step up onto the truck scale (approx 12-18"").  As EE began to lift self onto the platform, EE felt a pop in EE's left knee.  Employee was seen by medical personnel the following day and was diagnosed with an unknown internal derangement of the left knee and placed on restriction.
