Narrative

Mounting tire on L330D loader. Using crane boom end to depress tire to install lock rings when our service vehicle shifted on its out riggers causing the boom end to move upward pinching employee's hand between the boom and loader wheel. This contact resulted in the partial loss of employee's left middle finger at the first joint.
