Narrative

Approximately 3 weeks ago an employee was working in various areas when they noticed a rash on their right inner elbow. The employee didn't report it then because they didn't notice it until after work. The next two weeks that employee was moved to the MetCalf Mill. Today the employee was working in C&C and the same symptoms came up again on the same elbow (right inner side).
