3 miners were running cable in the 926 Fun Zone Down Ramp; requiring a new cable spool on a stand they attached Vic clamps on each side of the cable spool to keep the spool centered. 2 miners pushed the spool to allow room to install the VIC clamp which caught the tip of 1 miner's ring finger which was caught between the spool and the Vic clamp removing the tip of the finger.
