On Thursday at about 4:00p EE was operating an articulated truck in the mine area. EE was parked in position for loading then became jolted in the cab by an excavator bucket being operated by co-worker. EE called supervisor at 7:00pm on 11-1-19 to report neck discomfort and medical assistance. EE got medical treatment on 11-2-19. Possible strain of neck muscle.
