## Narrative

EE was roof bolting in the face of #6 entry & drilling the hole for the rib pin. The starter hole had been drilled. As EE was putting the sectional steels together with the bottom steel to the top, the steels did not come together properly. They sprung out striking EE's right hand between the thumb & index finger causing a laceration that required stitches to close the wound.
