## Narrative

Employee was under the loader in shop on a creeper draining the oil. Employee had safety glasses on.  While engaged in the activity a small piece of dirt fell from the under side of loader and got in employee's left eye resulting in irritation.  Eye was flushed on site and flushed again by a medical pro, nothing was removed from the eye.  Doc prescribed antibiotic eye drops.
