Narrative

Changing out a belt chute on the 1st 54 South tail. EE had taken the bolts out to remove the chute. EE climbed into the tailpiece to move the chute. EE tried to roll it, but it slid down on top of EE's foot. This caused a small cut above the metatarsal guard and required three (3) stitches to close the wound.
