## Narrative

Employee was performing a workplace exam at the Pit Shop.  When EE was inspecting the used coolant tank level behind the Pit Shop, EE slipped on the ice, landing on EE's left ankle, which caused it to roll.  Employee suffered a left sprained/strained ankle.
