Employee was pulling cable slack during a power move, when the roller hanger came off the roof strap, causing the cable to pull tight and strike employee in the entry, resulting in a sprain/strain to left foot and a contusion to right leg. Compliance with rules/regs, PPE, mining equip/systems not a factor. Miner proficiency not a factor.
