While using a pipe wrench and attempting to remove a clean out plug on a continuous miner de-mister, knocked a rub rail off striking left shin. EE reported the incident as minor and insignificant 7 days later. EE sought medical attention 11/05/2019 where EE was placed 'off work' till further notice.
