EE stated was ""working under the trap, lifting a 2x2 steel bar (short piece) when I felt a pain in muscle in the right shoulder."" EE had MRI on 11/22/2019 showing that the EE has 2 complete tendon tears and the bicep tendon is completely unattached. The EE was placed on Restricted Duty at that time.
