Narrative

The injured employee and another EE were in the process of re-banding a pallet of 30"" crib block. While doing this, there was another empty pallet on top of the crib blocks, the employee attempted to pull the empty pallet off of the crib blocks and EE's left foot slipped and caused the empty pallet to fall, striking the top of EE's right foot.
