Narrative

Two employees were lifting 72"" belt structure to suspend it from a chain hanger. The IE felt a ""pop"" in the left shoulder. During Thanksgiving week, IE was examined by a doctor. Management received test results on 12/2/2019 making it MSHA reportable.
