Narrative

Employee stated that EE was using a sledgehammer to knock a stopping when the injury occurred, Employee was knocking a stopping and the employee was ""choking up"" on the hammer handle while swinging into a block stopping causing EE's finger to be caught between the stopping and the hammer handle causing a laceration below the knuckle on employees left index finger
