Narrative

EE was taking a new return idler from the back of a mule, just as they lifted idler from back of mule to about waist high, mid back begin to spasm. EE immidiately dropped the idler back down to the bed of mule. The roller is aprroximately 52"" long and 90 pounds. Witness observed as EE lifted the return idler and drop it back down almost immediately.
