Narrative

IE stated EE rammed EE's knee into a jagged PVC discharge pipe the previous week. On 6/25/2019, IW was using EE's left foot to sweep rock from under the LW shearer drum and felt a ""pop"" in EE's right knee. IE received medical treatment on 12/5/2019.
