## Narrative

EE was removing a 1.5"" aluminum fitting from a steel pipe collar. The fitting broke and separated from the threads inside the collar. The momentum cause the EE to strike an elbow on a 4"" gate valve located behind EE. The injury was treated as a First Aid. EE was evaluated and had X-Rays on 12/17/19. The X-Rays revealed a chipped bone.
