Narrative

At approximately 11:40am on 12/18/19, an accident occurred in which IE was caught between the Brookeville tractor and a roll of 72' belt. A group of miners were arranging to push a roll of belt onto a sled. As the roll belt was being pushed it caught the lip of the sled. The entire sled moved forward and a 2nd roll of belt pinned the IE against the tractor.
