## Narrative

EE attempted to move a bolder that had rolled into path of loading haul trucks. EE felt a pop and a burning sensation in left bicep as they pushed the rock. EE was able to operate the loader and continue work without restrictions. A burning sensation continued and surgery was required. EE was not able to return to work as of Jan 2 2020.
