## Narrative

Employee was scaling the footwall rib & when employee was pushing on the bar to remove a piece of loose & the loose popped off the bar reverberated causing a strain to employee's right wrist. Seen by site medic, referred to ER was given full release but next day employee was still having pain in wrist and was restricted by employee's physician.
