## Narrative

Employee was walking the beltline and discovered a piece of drawrock in the walkway, under the lifeline. EE bent over to flip the rock out of the walkway, and felt a pain in EE's lower back and left leg. An MRI indicated the employee had a herniated disc in the lower back.
