## Narrative

On 1/30/2019 while breaking apart 10"" waterline. The pipe swung over and struck EE's hammer while EE was holding it, jamming right elbow.  On 2/11/2019 EE was trying to remove bit from miner head, missed bit with hammer causing further pain to right elbow. On January 8, 2020 EE became a Lost Work Day injury due to having surgery on right elbow.
