Employee was walking on compacted snow and ice on Tuesday, January 7th. EE slipped on the ice and landed hard on EE's right knee, then hit right elbow on the generator. EE thought EE was fine but EE's knee continued to bother EE so sought medical treatment 1-9-2020. EE was released without restrictions, however was given a prescription medication to take.
