Narrative

Employee was removing a taper lock bushing from a drive sprocket. Employee was using a pry bar to remove the taper lock, when the bar slipped, striking the tip of EE's right ring finger between the bar and an I-beam. Employee suffered a fracture to finger tip. Employee taken to medical professional, finger was splinted & employee placed on restricted (one-handed duty)
