## Narrative

Employee was walking down a set of internal stairs when left foot slipped. The employee was holding both handrails. The employee's weight settled on left arm and shoulder and the employee felt a ""popping"" sensation in left shoulder. As the employee caught self and straightened up, EE again felt shoulder ""pop"" back into place.
