Narrative

Laying track for the mule train on 9 Left setup. EE stuck a 4' pry bar in the hole on the end of a 33"" rail trying to stand the rail up to bolt to another rail, the bar slipped and the rail rolled back to its original position causing the bar to strike EE's chin. This caused a laceration in which EE received stitches to EE's chin.
