Narrative

Employee was attempting to hang a number of cable bolts on an ""S"" hook on the rib. The ""S"" hook fell off the rib and employee picked the hook with all the cable bolts still on it and attempted to re-hang it on the rib. In doing so employee felt a ""pop"" in their hand followed by a burning sensation. Employee was seen by medic and referred to ER for care.
