## Narrative

Employee was in the process of dropping shields and hanging mesh to the mesh hanger on the end of the shield. When the shield was lowered, a rock rolled off the side of the shield and struck employee on the left side of the left foot. The employee continued to work until 2/8/2020, when medical treatment revealed a fracture in the lower left tibia.
