## Narrative

Putting new bucket tooth on loader and tooth fell from bucket onto right foot. Miner was wearing steel toe boots, but it just missed the steel toe part. The tooth fell from about 12"" above the miner's foot. Large contusion and swelling. Time off to heal is the only requirement by the doctors so far.
