Narrative

EE was helping another miner carry 4"" X 20' aluminum pipe. They both had pipe on shoulder. EE in back fell. IE was in the front and felt pain in right shoulder. IE did not want to seek medical attention until January 14, 2020. IE went on own to the doctors and then wanted workers compensation. Workers compensation investigated and approved claim on February 15, 2020.
